30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be new, unused, and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products, subject to product availability.

Exchange requests must meet the same eligibility requirements as standard returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
