Order Cancellations

At WestonMerx, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Please include your order number in your request to help us process it as quickly as possible.

If your order has not yet entered processing or shipment, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the order has already entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this situation, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


Changes to Orders

If you need to update any of the following after placing an order:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Product variant (such as color, size, or style)

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been placed.

Changes can only be made if the order has not yet entered processing or shipping.


Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
